With Great Balls of Fire approaching on the RAW side of things and Battleground becoming the focus of SmackDown, things in the world of WWE have been very interesting and exciting to watch, something we don’t always get in June.

In fact, this week was huge for WWE. Some of the highlights include Carmella becoming Ms. Money in the Bank, Sasha Banks becoming the #1 Contender for the RAW Women’s Title, Jinder Mahal bringing back the “beloved” Punjabi Prison Match, and LaVar Ball almost ruining the integrity of WWE. #Wrestling.

With all that being said, let’s begin the 1st ever WWE Power Rankings at Power Rankings and More!

1. Samoa Joe

  • For weeks now it seems like Samoa Joe has the numbers of Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar. On Monday’s RAW, we saw it again when Joe jumped Lesnar from behind when he was making his entrance. Not only did he jump him, but he was able to choke Lesnar out, proving that he is a force that Lesnar cannot take lightly heading into Great Balls of Fire.

2. Braun Strowman

  • I have loved seeing Braun Strowman back on my TV after returning from his elbow injury. For the 2nd week in a row, he has come out and destroyed Roman Reigns. On RAW Monday, he picked him up and chucked him into an ambulance. Who doesn’t love seeing that? Probably Roman Reigns. That’s who.

3. Roman Reigns

  • Reigns is now booked for an Ambulance Match with Braun Strowman at Great Balls of Fire. And even though Strowman has gotten the better of Reigns, Roman still feels like the top guy on RAW every week. That right there tells me that he deserves a high spot in the WWE Power Rankings.

4. Baron Corbin

  • Mr. Money in the Bank finally beat Sami Zayn in a match on SmackDown this week. I’m sorry Jinder, but with the briefcase in his possession, Corbin is the top heel on SmackDown.

5. Jinder Mahal

  • Jinder Mahal is the WWE Champion. He is currently in a feud with Randy Orton. And to prolong that feud, Mahal was in charge of choosing a stipulation for their next match at Battleground. What was that stipulation? A ******* Punjabi Prison Match. If you were to mix a dead cat with an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians and serve it to an orphan child, you’d get a Punjabi Prison Match. That’s how bad they’ve been over the years. But hey, Jinder Mahal gets #5 for being the WWE Champion and continuing to improve week-to-week.

6. Carmella

  • Technically, Carmella is now a 2-time Ms. Money in the Bank after her victory on Tuesday. Nonetheless, she regains the briefcase and all the momentum in the world. I think it was the right choice to have her win the bout and I am excited to see where the WWE goes from here with Carmella.

7. AJ Styles

  • All AJ Styles had on SmackDown was a segment with Kevin Owens that announced there will be an Independence Day Battle Royal next week to determine the #1 Contender for the United States Title at Battleground. And that was all that was needed.

8. Kevin Owens

  • All Kevin Owens had on SmackDown was a segment with AJ Styles that announced there will be an Independence Day Battle Royal next week to determine the #1 Contender for the United States Title at Battleground. And that was all that was needed. Well, he also had a good segment on Talking Smack, but that doesn’t count. Does it?

9. The Miz

  • The Miz is currently in the best run of his career. However, he did happen to take part in one of the worst segments I’ve ever seen with LaVar Ball. I’ll leave it at that folks.

10. Big Cass

  • For 2 weeks in a row, Big Cass has been one of the most hated people on RAW for turning on Enzo and it has been great TV. Keep up the good work, Colin.
