Despite what Bleacher Report might’ve told you, Texas football is not back after their win over USC. People that think that don’t know college football. Texas has a long way to go before you can even begin to say something like that. Remember, the Longhorns lost to Maryland in Week 1 who just lost to Temple. Temple was 0-2 going into that game that included a loss to Villanova who just got upset by Towson.

And what about Wisconsin? The fact that they lost at home to BYU who just came off of a loss to California at home in insane. The Big Ten really hurt this week overall. Rutgers lost to Kansas, Maryland lost to Temple, Nebraska lost to Troy, Illinois lost to South Florida, Wisconsin lost to BYU, Northwestern lost to Akron, and Purdue lost to Missouri. The only team that seems to be holding the fort down is Ohio State after their convincing over TCU. For a conference that claims to be the best, they’ve got some things to work out as conference play starts. Just take one look at the LSU/Auburn game from this week. Once you do, you’ll see what GOOD college football is like.

Arizona State is overrated, but the polls won’t admit it.
